Your request will be sent immediately to our support staff. We’ll usually reply within minutes, but we guarantee a reply within 24 hours. For emergency support, please call 424-CLOUD-04 (424-256-8304).
How Does Support Work?
Email support requests that can be quickly answered concisely are usually free, even to new and non-paying clients who use our free services. If any work is billable, we will explicitly notify you, unless we have done similar work for you previously. Please feel free to ask for any clarification regarding our fees.
Emergency calls outside of regular business hours may incur additional charges. Regular business hours are based upon time zones within the United States, Mexico, and Canada. If you’re calling from outside these areas and after these North American business hours, you may be charged overtime rates for paid services.
